Rokon Test Ride....

Skatetruck got a chance to ride a Rokon Trailbreaker on Saturday at Mid-Ohio. I'm not sure what scared the crap out of me more, the two-wheel drive Rokon or a 1300cc Suzuki Hayabusa. It's a toss-up......

On a way uglier note......One of the all time motocross greats and just a damned good guy, Jim Pomeroy was killed in an automobile accident on Sunday morning. HERE is a story from Cycle News, and ANOTHER from his hometown newspaper in Washington state.

I've only had the privilege of meeting or hanging out with him a few times over the past three years. He always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. He was a true character. He will be sadly missed by the vintage off-road motorcycling community.
