Gourmet Dining At It's Finest

Here's Jesco and Fearless Charlie manning the grill at the recent ITSA Trial. What we've got roasting on the fire there is a few hot dogs, some beer brats, burgers, and on the far right a monster smoked baloney steak, over a half inch thick. It might not sound good, but I've got to say that it was great! And it was big enough that everybody got a bite.

That Fearless has really got it going on in the gourmet dining department.
