Nope, it's not a trick of the light, this mean sonofagun does indeed have one blue eye and one yellow one.......and he doesn't particularly care for two-handed whisker tugs, trust me. But, he does like to have his pitcure taken.

Well, you certainly can't accuse niece Katie of being a ball-hog. Today during her first ever basketball game the five times or so that she touched the ball she couldn't wait to give it up, as though it were a hot potato. Fun time.

Okay, don't get too excited yet. The engine is a bare set of cases with a broken rod, and that's not even the jug we're gonna' use. But we had to retro-fit it all together along with the pipe and the swingarm so we could fabricate the exhaust mounts on the pipe and the rear of the sub-frame. So now we rip it all apart again and keep polishing parts and gathering assemblies, painting and clear-coating on the frame and swingarm for fake-out assembly number two, where we'll fit all the body-work.......and then tear it all apart again......

Talking to a buddy of mine on the phone a couple months ago, he told me he had acquired a Lotus Europa, one of my favorite cars ever produced by Lotus and brand principal Colin Chapman . I asked what color it was and he replied that it was green.
I told him I couldn't wait to see it and he said, "Oh yeah, you can wait to see it....." His response kind of puzzled me at the time.....
Of course I was pretty much anticipating the norm of British racing green on a Lotus, but when I finally got to see it a few weeks ago at the last ITSA event of '06 it was way more akin to Kawasaki Team Green......
